Yes, all Tecniz Clocks come with a 3 year covering manufacturing defects.
We offer both types. Most of our wall clocks and decorative pieces are battery-operated (Quartz movement) for ease of use, while select premium pieces may feature mechanical movement.
You may request a refund if:
The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The item is missing parts or accessories.
The wrong item was delivered.
The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Currently, we offer limited customization on select models. For bulk or gifting queries, please contact our support team directly.
Keep your clock in a dry space away from direct sunlight. For mechanical models, regular servicing is advised every 2–3 years.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. As many of our clocks are made to order, delivery may take 21–30 working days for certain models. If the product is in stock, delivery can be completed within 7–10 days.
