We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or issues arising from incorrect customer-provided information. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Tecniz Clocks and are considered final.

Refund Policy - the basics

At Tecniz Clocks, your satisfaction matters. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@tecnizclocks.com with photos and your order details. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds are only applicable for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
